The Neckris Wulfuras was a fairly common monster that roamed the dark, dead forests of Mophedus. While sightings were very rare, they had also been seen in dens of the Everdeep.
Description
Neckris wulfuras were larger, more dense and muscular than common wulfuras, the largest reaching over 7 ft. in length, standing nearly 5 ft. tall at the shoulders and weighing 250+ lbs. All Neckris wolves had dark black fur and vibrant green eyes that seemed to glow. Perhaps its two most distinctive characteristics were its two, curved black horns that grew out from its heads, and the vile, green spittle dripped from their fang-filled jaws. The Neckris Wulfuras was an abomination of death and evil. These beasts typically hunted in small packs of 3 or 4.
Necrosis Bite
The bite of a Neckris wolf contained toxic saliva, which could rot the flesh of their victims.

The Neckris Wulfuras could use its horns to attack with.
Predatory Advantage
When in a pack of 3 or more, these wolves employed predatory tactics to try and gain advantage against those they hunted.
Alpha
Every pack of Neckris Wulfuras was led by an Alpha that was superior in size and strength compared to others in the pack.

Dens
Neckris wolves would build large dens, which were typically created in a land depression and was entirely surrounded by natural foliage and debris, such as stocks, branches and random items the wolves would scavenge from the area. They would guard and defend these dens with their lives. The wolves that lived and dwelled below ground lived in dark caverns.
